“Pain does not define me, imagination does“
“I’m tired of being told it’s all in my head. Living with an autoimmune condition means being misunderstood even by doctors and loved ones. But what I feel is real. I am not crazy.”
The “Claudia” video is a self-portrait of my journey with chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. It begins in a hospital, where a younger version of me is trapped in her own body. As darkness takes over, she faces monsters—manifestations of her fears and pain.
But in that darkness, meditation and creativity become her refuge. Art and imagination, once her childhood escape, now offer freedom. Today, through digital art and AI, I transform pain into beauty, building worlds where I am truly free.
